Magical Adventures is a play-based, Montessori style school, for children ages 3 and older, led by a certified Early Childhood Teacher.
We operate on a 36 week calendar, from August through May, with breaks for holidays.
Afterschool care is available for an additional fee.
Summer programs available through June & July.

QUALITY PROGRAM
Children will learn mostly through play, guided by a Certified Early Childhood Teacher.
The environment is carefully & thoughtfully prepared with developmentally appropriate materials that are easily accessible to the children, allowing for independence & the children's natural curiosities to guide their learning.
Having a smaller class, means more opportunity for hands-on projects. Children will have plenty of opportunities to jump in & take their learning to a new level throughout the year with lots of sensory experiences, science experiments, & making things they can take home to share with their families

I have 15 years experience teaching early childhood in Public schools & 10 years homeschooling. I am a strong supporter of play-based education. My goal is to teach kids HOW to learn. I am there as their guide, to help foster their natural curiosities & desire to explore & learn new things.

At Magical Adventures, we believe in the power of play. Research has shown that play-based learning is more effective than direct instruction at giving young children the solid foundation they need to be successful learners. Children that engage in play progress in multiple areas of learning, including language and literacy, social-emotional skills, and math.
My goal as an Early Childhood Educator is to provide an environment that is engaging & interesting & will draw the children in & make them excited about learning, while helping them become independent & caring human beings.

Ms. Carrie goes above and beyond with each child and parent that walk through her door. Ms. Carrie was my daughter Pre-K Teacher. She is by far one of the best. My daughter wishes she could have gone with her to kindergarten as her Teacher. Her knowledge as a Teacher is exceptional. Ms. Carrie cares for each children that comes through her door as if they would her own. She is very passionate of what she does. Ms. Carrie has a very calm presence about herself that as a parent was so reassuring when leaving my child with her. My daughter learned so much from Ms. Carrie and we are truly blessed to have called her my daughter Teacher. ❤️
